Currently, DSR Point only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders placed within Bangladesh. This means:

• Customers pay for their order at the time of delivery.
• No online payments, bank transfers, or digital wallets are accepted at this time.
• All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of the delivery charge, so customers do not need to pay extra for standard delivery.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• Delivery Charges: The delivery charge is already included in the product price. The term “Free Delivery” means customers do not need to pay additional shipping fees when receiving their order.
• Return of Products: If a customer refuses to accept the product upon delivery, they are required to pay only the delivery charge to the delivery personnel for returning the product.
• Refunds: No cash refunds are provided. The delivery charge collected by the delivery personnel covers only the logistics of returning the product.
• Product Acceptance: Customers must check the product for visible defects or damage before accepting it from the delivery personnel. Once accepted, the order is considered confirmed.

3. Order Confirmation and Payment Collection

• Orders are confirmed once a customer successfully places an order on the website.
• The delivery personnel will collect the full product amount in cash at the time of delivery.
• Customers must ensure that exact payment is ready, as delivery personnel may not carry change for large denominations.

4. Pricing and Taxes

• All product prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Prices are inclusive of all applicable delivery charges.
• Applicable taxes, if any, are included in the product price.
• DSR Point reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders if discrepancies are discovered.

5. Payment Security and Responsibility

• COD ensures that customers pay only after receiving the product, reducing the risk of online fraud.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information to facilitate smooth payment collection.
• DSR Point and its delivery partners are not responsible for cash lost or mishandled after payment has been made to delivery personnel.

6. Limitations and Special Conditions

• COD is valid only for deliveries within Bangladesh.
• International orders or shipments outside Bangladesh are not supported.
• Delivery personnel are authorized to collect payment only for the exact order placed.
• Any additional requests or disputes regarding payment must be addressed with DSR Point customer service.
