That’s when we realized there had to be a better way—an online destination where quality, convenience, and trust come together.

 

With this vision, DSR Point was born. We wanted to create more than just an online store; we wanted to build a platform that delivered reliability, quality, and care with every order. We decided to offer Cash on Delivery across the country, with delivery charges included in the product price, so that customers could receive their orders without worrying about extra fees.

 

We also knew that customers needed peace of mind when shopping online. That’s why we designed a clear return, replacement, and warranty policy. Electronics come with 6–12 month replacement warranties, dry fruits like dates and chia seeds are replaced if spoiled, and lifestyle products such as sneakers and watches are exchanged if the size or color is incorrect. Through these policies, we ensure our customers feel safe, respected, and valued.
