Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At DSR Point, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return, Replacement & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or replaced.

1. General Return Conditions

Customers must notify us of any return or replacement request within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unopened unless the issue is related to product quality or a defect.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and seals intact.
  • The customer must provide order details or proof of purchase.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return.

If a customer wishes to return a product without a valid issue, the request will not be accepted.

 

2. Refund Policy

DSR Point does not provide monetary refunds.

If a product qualifies under our policy due to a valid issue (defect, wrong item, quality problem, etc.), we will replace the product with the same item or an equivalent product.

 

3. Electronics Products (Warranty & Replacement)

Electronic items sold by DSR Point may include a 6-month to 12-month limited warranty, depending on the specific product.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional problems under normal use.

Replacement Conditions

A product will qualify for replacement if:

  • The issue occurs within the warranty period.
  • The defect is related to manufacturing or internal malfunction.
  • The product has no physical damage.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage or broken parts
  • Water damage
  • Burn damage or electrical misuse
  • Damage caused by dropping or improper handling
  • Unauthorized repair or modification

If a verified issue occurs during the warranty period, DSR Point will replace the product with the same model or an equivalent item.

 

4. Dry Fruits and Food Products (Quality Commitment)

At DSR Point, we maintain strict quality control for food products such as:

  • Dates (Khajur)
  • Honey
  • Chia Seeds
  • Mixed Nuts and other dry fruits

We are committed to delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality food products, and we do not sell expired or low-quality items.

However, in rare cases, if a quality issue occurs, we will take full responsibility.

Replacement will be provided if:

  • Dates contain insects or internal spoilage
  • Chia seeds or other dry foods are spoiled, contaminated, or unsafe
  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered

Conditions for replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The customer may be asked to provide photos or proof of the issue.
  • The product must not be fully consumed.

If the issue is verified, DSR Point will send a replacement product at no additional cost.

 

5. Lifestyle Products (Shoes, Watches, Accessories, Home Items)

For lifestyle products such as sneakers, watches, or home décor items, replacement is available under the following conditions:

Size Exchange

If a product such as sneakers is delivered and the size does not fit, customers may request a size exchange within 7 days.

In such cases:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The original packaging and tags must remain intact.

DSR Point will bear the shipping cost for size exchange.

Wrong Product or Color

If the customer receives:

  • The wrong product, or
  • The wrong size or color

Then DSR Point will arrange a replacement and cover all shipping costs.

 

6. Non-Eligible Return Situations

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or intentionally damaged by the customer
  • The product is returned without original packaging
  • The request is made after the 7-day return window
  • Food products have been fully consumed

 

7. Replacement Processing Time

After a replacement request is approved:

  • The product may be picked up or returned according to instructions.
  • Replacement delivery may take approximately 5–10 business days, depending on product availability and location.
