DSR Point operates as a multi-category e-commerce platform offering electronics, healthy food products, and lifestyle items. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing; however, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- DSR Point currently accepts only Cash on Delivery (COD) as a mode of payment.
- Delivery is free throughout Bangladesh, but the delivery cost is already included in the product price.
- If a customer refuses to receive the product upon delivery, the customer is required to pay only the delivery charge to the delivery personnel for the return. No additional refund will be provided beyond this.
- Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may include applicable taxes.
- DSR Point reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraud.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer nationwide delivery within Bangladesh.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the product and location.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- DSR Point is not liable for delays caused by external logistics partners.
- Delivery charges are included in the product price; customers are not charged extra for shipping.
5. Product Warranty, Returns & Replacement
- Electronics: 6–12 month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Replacement is provided; no monetary refunds.
- Dry Fruits and Food Products: Replacement is provided if the product is spoiled, contaminated, or damaged during delivery. All replacements are at no extra cost.
- Lifestyle Products (Shoes, Watches, Accessories, Home Decor): Replacement available for wrong size, color, or defective products. DSR Point covers shipping for valid replacements.
- All return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, except in cases where the product is defective or quality-compromised.
- No refunds in cash or bank transfer are provided.
